And they were delicious!!!! My friend and I had the wings, with a side of fries and veggies, and also the nachos. The nachos were okay, but I would definetly go back for the wings!! 	9 out of 13 people found this review helpful. The Ex is open for only 2 weeks every end of summer. Last day is Labour Day. Always a fun time to be had when I go. As I get older, of course the fun turns more into ..... remembering the good old days when I was a little girl and going there every year. Lots of things to do and see, riders for the kids. The haunted house ride is sooooo cheesy and yet...I still go on it just for the hell of it!! And you know there's always some guy in a gorilla mask at the end of the ride waiting to jump out at you! I went there after work one day and I felt like I was on a mini vacation! The staff was very friendly and very helpful. A massage, facial, manicure or pedicure is a great gift idea! I had no idea if this was a clothing store that was closed or a restaurant. I walked in. I found that the place was way to dark and the tables and plants were too close together, so when customers came in..it got really crowded. The staff was quite young but very friendly and knowledgeable. Clothes and price weren't any different than shopping anywhere else. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? It's a great workout, learn some new moves, feel confident about yourself....and of course....learn how to bring some excitement into your relationship! or if you're not in a relationship...when you're in one...he will definetly be in for a surprise!!! hahha... Great lunch specials. Sushi Lunch $10 - 4pcs sushi(tuna, salmon, shrimp, fluke) & 6pcs cailfornia roll Maki Lunch A $10 - 5pcs Kamikaze Roll, 6pcs of salmon roll, & 6pcs of tuna roll Maki Lunch B $8 - 6pcs california roll & 5pcs Kamikaze roll Maki Lunch C $8 - 6pcs california roll, 6pcs cucumber roll & 6pcs of avocado roll each include Miso soup! the Kamikaze Roll is to die for!!! Very spicey!! Every 2 weeks, John teaches a 5 hour sushi class. ($150). all ya gotta bring is your very own knife. All the ingredients are supplied. And at the end of the class, you have a huge platter full of sushi you made yourself to bring home and enjoy! John Lee and helper Emi Kawabuchi are nice, friendly and wonderful people! There isn`t much to do there and you`re in and out of there in less than an hour, it`s nice to bring your guests here. It`s what Toronto is! The elevator ride is fun. Looking out and seeing the city of Toronto on a sunny day is cool. I still get a little nervous walking on the glass floor! It`s a definit tourist attraction must see!! I recommend this place. It's right across from Ryerson University, so all of the students eat there. There is also a take out section. Upstairs has a more upscale restaurant feel. Price is quite affordable! It's great when you only have a few things and don't want to stand in a long lineup. If you go about an hour to closing time, they put stuff out on discount. Mostly from the bakery. The staff is wonderful and meet all your needs. I always love the way my hair turns out. The RMT's are excellent. All my tension and stress is gone after a session. It is definetly worth going to. The atmosphere was very nice, and the food was okay, but the service was horrible. I find that service is extremely important even if the food wasn't great. I was there with about 10 of my girlfriends, and waiting for a few more to show up for drinks after dinner. The staff gave us our bill and started clearing the table, when we didn't ask for it yet and told us that we had to leave because there were people waiting to be seated. It was very rude. It's not like we were just sitting there. We were still ordering drinks. The staff, including the manager insisted that we leave because we finished eating. I was very upset. As soon as my other friends came, we paid and left and vowed never to go there again. They lost alot of repeat customers that night. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? You get to pick from about a dozen different varieties and create your own bagel sandwich. As well as my lunch, I often end up buying a dozen or so bagels to take home. Service is very quick and you can either take out or sit inside. This location is at Yonge and Eglinton, so it does get very busy during the lunch hours! I recommend this place. DJs on Friday and Saturday play good music, but the dance floor isn't big. It's not really a huge place to begin with, so it does get extremely crowded especially during the summer time. The stage is quite spacious. and the seating is very intimate. On my offdays, I watched another cast perform and I sat in several different seats. Every seat had a great view of the stage and the sound and lighting was excellent. I hightly recommend anyone that is putting on a production to rent this theatre! I recommend this place.
