Perhaps they listened to the bad review. Their service was great. The terms of exchange and refund were clearly stated. Their prices are competitive. The product arrived a few days after order - with shipping updates emailed. the merchandise was correct and great quality, and the added free and unexpected gifts were a treat. With this type of service and consideration I can only highly recommend Love Dreamer. And if their service did improve as a result of a negative review, then this indicates that they take their clients response very seriously.
