	28 out of 30 people found this review helpful. This building has horrible management - they contradict their own leases all the time. They don't give a damn about their tenants. They left us without hot water for months on end. The pool, gym, and elevators are always under repair. They recently put up cheap photocopied signs saying that the building is under constant surveillance and yet their own security guard let my boyfriend in when he said he forgot his keys.
