I had a similar bad experience with 4U furniture too. They don't really deliver their promises to their customers. When they say I will call you tonight or I will call you tomorrow. It doesn't mean anything!!! I already provided my phone number to them many many times to have them call me back to resolve the problem with Sofa. The tactic they use is customers will be tired of following up with them one day and eventually will give up.
