One bedroom, with balcony, secure lobby and laundry with 24 hours surveillance,quite neighbors,clean apartment,and they have nice exercise room, and accessible exit from the front door of Carlton hotel/cinema/restaurant. I had lived in this Green Belt Village for 8 years.They are not newly built town houses; small size,low ceiling,and way back then is very expensive to rent in this area. But I'm paying for the location, nice neighbourhood, clean, quiet, big park, wide road, and selected restaurant in the area, near Don Mills Shopping Mall. I got this place with the help of my good friends and most of my people lived in this area long time ago, We are all moved out from here , apart from each other now but we are still good friends.I had a good memories in this place. It is an Excellent place to live in. I'had remember my superintended name Bob, He is so friendly & very respectful person . He can fix any thing in the apartment, town houses at a reasonable time given to him by the property management. Tip to a new Tennant Resident: If you are commuting everyday? take the TTC Bus #25 on Pape Avenue-route Don Mills Road to Lawrence Road East If want to take the bus all the way to Sheppard Avenue North and get off at Yonge/Sheppard platform and transfer line on LRT route to Don Mills/Fairview Mall from there you take the Bus #25 going to Pape Avenue South. We love rotisserie & grill chicken, french fries, soup, & salad ,specially the kids menu are the best;5 different selections to choose from which includes drinks,ice cream,toys and while we are waiting they gave us puzzle or coloring sheets & crayon to keep my children busy.This is a big space to dine-in , and they do have one(concave) exclusive corner area that we always get , It seems we are away from the crowds. My only concern was their washroom is all the way to the basement , accessbile to the residential parking lot , and to the public(non-patron of Swiss Chalet Restaurant). I recommend this place. Very polite and helpful to my two children at all time. Twice my children emergency tripped to Sick Kids Hospital He is the one is in-charged at night in the Emergency Department. Not only swimming pool,this is one of the very old,small Community Recreational Centre in Toronto.They have many programs for children and youth such as computer,music,dancing,swimming lesson,gymnastic, Karate,language program and many more...Staff is nice.Very affordable Summer Camp,or March Break for children.Open to the public all year round,community event held here too.Behind this building there is a park that children and family can play together or just to have a nice moment to read books or enjoy the weather. Convenient for shopping and restaurant if you want to eat right after your child's finish her classes,or for some reason you want to have a coffee at Tim Horton while you are waiting for them.Regularly I do meet some of my friends at this coffee shop for a good talk or for shopping spree in the mall. I lived here in 1980's and this building they have a nice roof top garden,with a medium size unit,nice laundry,recreation room,meeting room and before they had a convenient grocery right in this building.At that time many residents are very friendly such as Olivia Chow,and her husband Jack Layton,the board members.Three years ago this building had been under renovation specially right at front-entrance door( From the roof top to main floor windows). I attended Christmas and Easter party here many times,and I had visited this facility for Children Community Programs here,they do have nice,average size facilities to accommodate 20 to 25 children every day,they have nice,selected volunteers who care for 6 months old-8 years.old with all kinds of activities;field trips,arts and crafts,movies,play-time with their parents with them if they want. This place is quite nice and they have all basic facilities for visitors,recreation room,meeting room,descent lobby,and more.Convenient location with easy access to TTC Street Car,and groceries,shops,restaurant, with nice park. My children and I ate here many times,we like their all day breakfast;egg,toast,bacon,potatoes,tomatoes,and you can choose coffee or tea,bottled water or juice.My children always order all day breakfast without bacon on it,Only with toasted bread with butter and a lot of potatoes with herbs.But my favourite is their special soup of the day,and salads. This establishment is exclusive and small with quiet ambiance,clean,nice waitress,affordable price.They are only open from 9:00 morning for breakfast-close at 6:00 P.M.,Sunday is closed all day. This is a beautiful exclusive galleries I had ever seen.My daughter and I attended her school field trip,and they provided Teachers from Alliance Francaise CANADA TORONTO for full day French speaking people on-site.They have so many interesting exhibits(showcase)and they combine indoor & outdoor activities,In Oakville Galleries is in Gairloch Park,and surrounded with beautiful plants,flowers,and private houses,and right at the lakeshore road.It is a lovely place to spend time with your loveones.But you have to drive or take the Go train to get to this place. I usually buy here If I'm in this area shopping.But this time one sales lady is unpleasant and she put my Vim kitchen cleaning liquid with accessories and ladies stockings,SECRET undershirts items in one bag all together and when I got home the Vim kitchen cleaning liquid already dripped on top of all my things inside the plastic bag.It is nice to save the plastic bag for the environment,and to lower their overhead cost but to make me unhappy,and I have to clean all of my accessories/items at once to avoid stain or ruining it.Because of no common sense(poor judgement)of their employee.It is not good !!! John Innis CRC & Moss Park right on Queen Street & Sherbourne Street.The new big basketball court added this year.Every Summer this park is so busy for Soccer & Tennis,Squash,For Running,they have Green Thumbs for neighborhood gardening.In Winter Time there are programs for free,indoor activities.They have hockey,skating arena too,they have private lesson and it is very reasonable price,and the instructors are professional.Convenient hours and location too.Near TTC street car and buses.But at night this is not a good area to walk around or doing outdoor actvities at the park. This is newly opened bargain chain store in Sherbourne Street,near John Innis CRC(Moss Park).It is huge space and all you can see is a dollar symbol $1.00 per item.Very Clean,Organized store.Staffs is so busy to keep the shelves stock-up,organizing,cleaning up meanwhile customers are waiting at the cash register,and they do not even smile or thank the customers.I guess they are trying hard to make it clean & great impression to all local shoppers in this area.Or maybe I can not expect great service for a dollar??? I just discovered this store last month and I had bought some items here,since then this my 4TH times coming here.This is not my favourite location(area)to shop.it seems the staffs is overwork.But I will shop here if my children needed their school project. My daughter and I went for so many bargain store in GTA for her major school project,she needed it so badly,and almost near to her time line.We are so exhausted & to look for around Styrofoam 75 cm,and no arts and crafts or bargain store carry this size.But we went to this place we found one.I would say happy ending and she used this material with added some paint(4 different colour)glue,strings,aluminum foil,sandpaper,sand,etc.,her design(creativity)did pay off. This is a new small store in Toronto,you can order or check on-line all kinds of product & services they might have.Nice location to shop around in-out of the mall.Staff is very helpful.But this is not close to where I live. This is a discount store you can find mix items,not in a large inventories stocks like other major store that you can definitely find the items when you shop again.They only carry few items,or enough to sell in a limited time.But sometimes they do carry name brand items for a bargain price like Lind Chocolates last week is $2.99 only,if you check Shoppers Drugmart they sell this for $7.99 for a box of Lind Chocolate.When I came back the next day they are all sold out.No guaranteed they will carry the Lind Chocolate again. First they assessed my condition, & gave me a routine exercises & technique daily, & massage for about 45 minutes to an hour...after that I had the information sheets/exercise given to me to do it at home.If needed medication my physician,my therapist both closed contact & supervision at all time. Many times their washroom is crowded,long line up...But my children likes it because it looks antique... Overall I am proud of this place,my relatives is so impressed to see how eclectic style,structures,people are diverse,unique,we as a Canadian( we blend together nicely). I recommend this place. Every Christmas they put a gigantic Christmas tree of Swarovski Crystal from top to bottom,you can see all shinny,prism effect everywhere.If you are a regular client/Swarovski member you will received a star or collectable ornament piece per year. This place is way convenient for me to shop,I can check time to time at their window if there's a new arrival pieces on display. We went to Sibalt Point in Summer 2003 with our family friends for 5 days camping we had an excellent experienced at the beach,slept in the tent,picnic,strolled around,long hours of ladies talked,while men are busy talking about fishing,cooking,etc.for us.My children and I had a good memories for a life time. It seems the sales people are not excited to serve their customers,they looked bored. I stayed in Italy for two years many people wear Benetton in a daily basis.The price is not so high during those days. I went back again in 2000 still their prices are just right. Nothing against Rogers' name/entity...But I just like the name known to many of us we called it Skydome Centre.For sure Skydome Hotel still exists???who knows what will be in the future??? My two children had invited to watched the Blue Jays last year...we are not crazy about this baseball sports but it is fun to see them in person,people are noisy...really quite an experienced. Airport development program On January 30th, 2007 Toronto Pearson airport passed a major milestone in its history, with the completion of the airport development program (ADP). January 29th was the last day of service for Terminal 2, and Pier F of the Terminal 1 opened on January 30th to take its place. The operator of the airport, the GTAA, has invested 4.5 billion dollars over the past 10 years into the ADP which has focused on terminal development, airside development, infield development, utilities and airport support facilities. This place is quiet,not too crowded compare the McDonald's Eaton Centre Branch.My children likes to eat here regularly,if they do not feel eating this food,there are more fast food store on the site like Bento Box,Spring Roll restaurant,Greek food,Chinese Bakery,Kitchen Table grocery here. But this particular McDonald's is the best for us nice service,clean,quick service too. It so nice that my children won a certificates( $40.00 worth)from the school bus they are in,the driver gave them incentives of being good per Semester,with appreciation certificate too.That why we eat here in this McDonald's most of the time,they have healthy selection food like salad,slice of apples for kids size,apple juice,fish fillet hamburger or wraps.My children are very athletic they do swimming,gymnastic,ballet,basket ball.They are growing,they are active,burned lots of calories per hour,so they really need proteins in their body. Dr. Jorge Jose is so caring,friendly,very comfortable to talk to.I was looking for a new dentist due to a traumatic experienced I had with my old dentist He excellently put a crown on my one chipped tooth at one time,because of too much digging on my gum it got infected & for the whole month is so painful & When I went to see my Orthodontist I was advised to see my dentist for prescriptions for my infected gum,not only I paid so much for one crown tooth. Inconvenient place for me.But the good news is my gum healed,my crown tooth still doing well,no more problem since 1997 to 2007.According to my old dentist he guaranteed that my crowntooth is 10-20 years warranty. This dentist referred by my best friend who is one of Dr. Jorge Jose patient,her entire family seeing him for dental care every six months,from this recommendation I found this nice dentist.He has an emergency phone line at 416-485-1721,he suggests that I have to call him after service hour for appointment. I went there 3x already,huge place to see all kinds of animals,garden too.But I will not spend $30.00 per person,plus my children for a short hours is not worth it,I do plan ahead what to wear like comfortable walking shoe,cloths,extra spring jacket,portable umbrella,cold bottled water,skin protection,hat,disposable plastic spread on the grass to relax reading if you are tired???or no benches available for you to sit on,my suggestion to everyone enjoy your stroll,and enjoy the scenery,a lot of positive attitude to wait in line while you are there with your family or relatives or friends I recommend this place. My children goes here with their group of friends every time they win at the kids club as a prize they do take them there for games,they said it's a lot of fun.Because they had won two times,they had a chance to play games again.My children are motivated to go back again this year. The best place to stroll,I do enjoy this place every Summer Season you can watch live-band/concert,Beautiful scenery,near the beaches,shops,gourmet food,residential,small business,Public library right at the corner of Lee Ave/2075 Queen Street. The Toronto Beaches area is beautiful & lovely place to walk around, jogging,looking at the view quietly,or feel the breeze coming to your face,the best part is to take my kids to ride the bike,running,eating ice cream...excellent shopping with a wide varieties of interesting small shops and boutiques,gourmet food,books store,old & new structures of residential & small commercial building. We enjoy the panoramic view of the beaches,parks,playground,taking photos,videos for our own precious moment for being together as a family. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful? I have to save my pocket money for EX(CNE) ride,food,entrance fee,games specially I have two kids who love to play and eat a lot,I do like to look around or buy some crafts if is unique to be added for my own collections and you can see different trade around the world. Summer Season is so wonderful to spend time with your love ones,walking,playing,wearing less cloths,to be expose to warm-sunny day,we can stay until sundown or walk around the lakeshore to feel the breeze.
